What’s your warranty/return/refund policy?
We offer a market-leading warranty of 2 years (the best in the industry) and you can more about that on our warranty page.
We’re so confident in our products that we offer a ‘no questions asked’ Guarantee which means you have 30 days within purchase to contact us and organise your choice of refund or exchange. Please note the cost of shipping the product back to us will not be reimbursed for change of mind returns.

What items are eligible for return?
All items can be returned within 30 days of purchase apart from two exceptions:
1. Colour exchanges: we will not honour our refund policy if the product is opened/used and you decide you want another colour.
Please choose your colour carefully based off the high-quality images across our website.
2. For large orders (5+ items): we will only honour refunds for unopened items. We see the best in people but unfortunately a minority use our scooters and take advantage of our refund policy – again these people are in the minority but they’re out there!

Is riding a scooter easy?
Learning to ride an electric scooter is relatively easy, though being able to safely commute in traffic is learned through experience. If you’re a total beginner, make sure to wear a helmet, practice, and gain confidence before riding in mixed traffic.
What’s the biggest tip for becoming a better scooter rider?
Make sure you have all the right gear – starting with a helmet, kneepads, and good shoes.
And if you want to do tricks with your scooter you should invest in gloves and even elbow pads, butt pads and mouth pieces if you are serious.
What are some other important scooter tips?
- Love your scooter but ensure you practice scooter etiquette. That means not only respecting other riders but all people who you come across during your scooter journey.
- Be determined to become a better scooter rider. So this means never giving up -because over time – whether it just be exploring or attempting tricks – you’ll be rewarded by enhancing your scooter experience (as a better rider).
- Have fun! Because that’s the whole point of investing in a scooter. So when you ditch your car not only will you beat traffic congestion and save on petrol, you’ll enter a whole new world of scootering with endless possibilities and no limitations.
