Refund Policy
Scoot N Toot offers a 3-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your product.
To qualify for a return, the item must remain in the pristine condition it was in when you received it – unused, unworn, with any tags intact, and housed within its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary for the return process.
Initiate a return by contacting us at contact@scootntoot.com.au. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the package. Please note that we do not accept unsolicited returns – items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Upon receipt of your order, we encourage you to inspect the product. If you discover the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please get in touch with us immediately. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly and appropriately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Should you have any doubts about your specific item, please reach out to us.
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To expedite the exchange process, we advise you to return the item you have after your return request is accepted. Following this, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund request. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
Please note we do not accept returns based on change of mind. However, if the product is returned in brand new, unused, and unopened condition within 7 days, in its original packaging, we may offer a store credit or a partial refund. For such returns, a restocking fee of 30% on the product purchase price only (excluding freight) will be applicable.
