Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included. You must also provide proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Used or damaged items not caused by a fault
- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may not be eligible for return once used. If you are unsure, please contact us before making a return request.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return the original product (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
