Shipping policy

Order Processing & Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST) on the same business day. During peak periods or major promotions, dispatch times may be slightly delayed, but we always strive to process orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery Areas
We currently ship within Australia only. International orders are not accepted at this time.

Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the delivery address due to fraud prevention measures and courier policies.

Express Shipping
Express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location. Please note that express shipping applies only to delivery time, and standard processing times still apply.

Shipping Insurance
We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order against loss or damage during transit. If shipping insurance is not selected, Scoot N Toot may not be able to provide compensation once the order has been handed over to the courier. We strongly recommend selecting insurance, especially for high-value items such as electric scooters and bikes.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders over $199, where applicable. While we aim to offer free shipping on as many orders as possible, this may not always be guaranteed depending on delivery location or order size.

Shipping Exceptions
In some cases, especially for remote or regional areas, shipping fees may apply due to high delivery costs or courier limitations. If this occurs, we may contact you to arrange alternative delivery options, offer partial cost sharing, suggest delivery to a nearby metro location, or cancel and fully refund your order. We always aim to minimise any additional shipping costs.

Delivery Method
All orders are shipped using trusted third-party courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, Scoot N Toot is not responsible for courier-related issues including delays, incorrect delivery, or packages left in unsafe locations. However, we will always assist where possible.

Courier Partners
We work with reliable Australian couriers such as Australia Post, TNT, Allied Express, Direct Freight, and other local courier partners depending on your location.

Shipping Restrictions (Lithium Batteries)
Products containing lithium batteries cannot be shipped by air due to safety regulations. These items will be shipped via ground transport where required.

Dispatch Locations
Orders are shipped from our Australian warehouses, primarily located in Victoria and other fulfilment centres depending on stock availability.

Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours on business days or up to 48 hours during weekends or public holidays for tracking updates.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST) can be cancelled the same day before dispatch. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (AEST) can usually be cancelled until 12:00 PM the next business day. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Returns After Delivery
If you wish to return an item after delivery, it must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds may be subject to restocking and payment processing fees.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries
Scoot N Toot is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, incorrect address details, customer unavailability, rescheduling requests, or external circumstances beyond our control.

Signature on Delivery
Most orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe and secure handling.

Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you choose Authority to Leave, you accept full responsibility once the item has been marked as delivered. Scoot N Toot is not liable for lost or stolen items after delivery under ATL.

Identification Requirement
Some deliveries may require ID verification to prevent fraud and ensure secure delivery. Failure to provide ID may result in the order being returned.

Order Cancellations (Fraud Prevention)
